Change in the composition of the Board

At the company’s Annual General Meeting on the 25th of May 2017, the composition of the Board was changed, as Bjarne Winther resigned as a result of Chr. Nielsen’s disposal of its shares in the company. New Board members elected; Karsten Lollike and Bo Eklund were elected. Arne Kaae and Henrik Oehlenschlæger were re-elected.

Subsequently the Board elected Arne Kaae as Chairman. Arne Kaae has been Chairman of the board since the foundation of the company in 2007.
